We want you to be satisfied with your Crafty EMC purchase; however, refunds are not available. Exchanges may be available for inventory items depending on availability. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

For any packages lost in transit, we will file a claim with the service provider and reach a resolution to get you the products ordered. No refunds will be available due to lost or damaged products. Please contact us so we can reach a resolution. 

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes(please utilize the sizing charts), designs, colors, etc. Contact us within 30 days of receiving items so we can reach the best resolution.
